About

Background
I haven’t always worked within psychotherapy but I have always been fascinated about psychology and personal growth. After my Masters Degree, I moved from the Netherlands to Devon. In a multinational financial news organisation, I worked as a Trainer and a Senior Financial Market Analyst for almost 10 years.

Experience
I have been a practicing therapist since 2009, working in different counselling organisations before starting my private practice in Wellington, Somerset in 2010.

I have also been a Clinical Supervisor since 2016, working with counsellors in schools, in private practice, support workers, wellbeing advisors, school Safeguarding Leads, NHS therapists, counselling trainees and as a consultant for clinical supervisors.

I aso work with organisations like The Southmead Project, BIMM University, MIND, Barnardo’s, SARSAS (Somerset & Avon Rape & Sexual Abuse Support), The Green House and local colleges as an independent external clinical supervisor.

I worked as a Counselling lecturer for four years, teaching on a Foundation Degree Course (accredited by Worcester University), a BACP accredited Advanced Diploma and the Certificate Course.
